We happily offer Free Click and Collect for customers local to our store within our operating hours through these easy steps:
- Select Local Pick Up as your delivery option at the checkout.
- We will put aside your order for you and notify you when it is ready to collect (usually within 2 hours)
- Present your order instore to be scanned to pick up your parcel
- Enjoy the rest of your day!

Jetty Jane uses Australia Post as our preferred delivery partner and therefore use their delivery timelines and notifications as a guide for when you'll receive your parcel when posted from our store.

Quick Checklist for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be submitted within 14 days of your order delivery date.
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
- It must not be a clearance or "Final Sale" item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Earrings (and any other pierced jewelry)
- Swimwear (for health reasons, please ensure swimwear is tried on over underwear; any returns showing signs of wear or missing hygiene liners will be rejected)
- Hats and Headwear (including caps, beanies, and headbands for hygiene and sweat protection)
How to Start Your Return
We use Shopify's secure, self-serve system so you don't have to worry about back-and-forth emails.
- Log In: Go to our Customer Accounts page.
- Get a Code: Enter your email address. You will receive a secure 6-digit login code in your inbox.
- Select Your Items: Choose the order and the specific items you wish to return, select a reason, and click Request Return.
- Choose Store Credit or Refund: In the notes or return details, please specify if you prefer Store Credit or a Refund to your original payment method.
- Wait for Approval: Once our small team reviews your request (usually within 24–48 hours), you will receive an approval email with your return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind / Size Exchanges: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or need a different size, return shipping costs are covered by you. We highly recommend using a trackable service via Australia Post, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return packages.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We inspect every order before it leaves our doors, but mistakes can happen! If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please submit your return via the portal and upload a photo of the issue. We will email you a prepaid Australia Post shipping label completely free of charge.
Refunds, Store Credit & Processing
Once your return arrives back at Jetty Jane, please allow 3 business days for our team to inspect and process your item.
- Option 1: Store Credit (Recommended): Choose store credit, and we will issue you a digital gift card for the full value of your returned item(s) as soon as it's processed. Store credit never expires!
- Option 2: Refund: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take your bank an additional 2–10 business days to clear the funds.
- Original Shipping Costs: Outbound shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
